2017 Halloween event winners

On Saturday, October 27, you can join thousands of happy folks and have a GREAT TIME at our annual event — it's our 30th in a row!

Our Halloween Costume Event and Parade and Trick-or-Treat is arguably the COUNTY'S LARGEST and it might just be the STATE'S LARGEST.

Saturday, October 27, 2018 — Assembly Starts at 10:30 am!

For 2018 we are again holding the event in the parking lot between Rite Aid and Uptown Cheapskate. — IT STARTS AT 11:00 AM!

All kids in costumes get candy and trick-or-treat bags, plus coupons from FESTIVAL MERCHANTS such as T-Mobile, Kids First Swim School and Carter's-OshKosh B'gosh!

If you're there JUST to Trick-or-Treat, at 11:00 the Trick-or-Treating begins! You and/or your child are welcome at EVERY STORE in the Festival displaying this COLORFUL and FAMILAR Halloween poster.

If you're there to Trick-or-Treat AND participate in our COSTUME CONTEST, that also begins at 11:00 am and lasts until noon (after which you go trick-or-treat!). All Trick-or-Treating officially ends at 2:00 pm.
